Shipping

Thank you very much for shopping with us! We normally ship your order within 1-3 business days after an order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Typical shipping time is 3-10 business days depending on your delivery zone.

We ship all orders from ON, Canada.

In most cases, we would not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if the item you have ordered is in the pre-order status and has not been dispatched, we can make the cancellation for you. Please email us at support@aeptom.com for further assistance. For items that have been shipped or could not be cancelled, please proceed to our return center and initiate a return request.

All available items in your order will be shipped within our regular processing window (1-3 business days). The pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.

We ship primarily through Canada Post for domestic orders.

We are really sorry that your package has gone missing! Shipping carriers are usually equipped with more information of the missing packages. We thus strongly recommend reaching out to them to initiate a help request. However, if you require any assistance from us, please don’t hesitate to email us at support@aeptom.com.

Unfortunately we are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been placed. However, you might be able to make changes through the carrier. For further details, please contact the shipping carriers. Should you require any assistance, please email us at support@aeptom.com anytime.

Please allow us 10 to 14 business days to receive and inspect the returned items. An email notification will be sent after a refund has been authorized. Kindly note that it may take financial institutions few business days to deposit the fund back to your original payment method.
