Shipping policy
We offer free domestic shipping in Canada; no minimum spending is required. Our primary shipping partners are Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Unless specified otherwise, we select a shipping method based on delivery efficiency and cost factors.
We ship all domestic orders from our Ontario warehouse. The typical processing time is 1-2 business days, and the estimated delivery time for a domestic address is 3-10 business days. A valid tracking number will be provided once an order has been shipped.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Request to modify shipping address

Missing Package
Please report lost packages to us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
