Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. For orders within Canada, all returns need to be sent to our warehouse located in Ontario.

To initiate a return, please submit your request via our Return Center and ensure the items are shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this 30-day period may be refused at our discretion.

Conditions 
We accept returns and exchanges only for items in their original, unused condition*, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note that final sale and clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns received after the return window and/or that do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return. 

*Exception: items eligible for the 7-night trial program are not required to be returned in unused condition. Currently only the Organic Bamboo Sateen Comforter and TENCEL™ Lyocell Comforter are eligible for the trial program. 

To start the return process, please request through our Return Portal and follow the steps. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided within 2-3 business days. Items sent back to us without first notifying us will not be accepted. 

Once the return has been delivered, please allow us 7-10 business days to sort, inspect the condition and process a refund. We will send you a notification once the refund has been released to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products and products on clearance sale. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 


Request to modify shipping address
We can help change shipping address when the package is still with us. However, once the order leaves our warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify the delivery address. To make changes while your order is in transit, we highly suggest reaching out to the carrier for available options.
